We comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), including its 2020 amendments, and apply appropriate measures to ensure personal data is handled responsibly and securely.

This policy applies to all personal data collected, used, disclosed, or processed by the Company in the course of our business operations in Singapore. Personal data may include identifying information, contact details, employment and financial information, digital identifiers, and images or recordings where applicable. Such data is collected only for legitimate business purposes, including ship management services, business communications, human resource administration, regulatory compliance, safety and security, and the operation of our digital platforms.

We collect, use, and disclose personal data with the individual’s consent, unless otherwise permitted or required by law. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil business or legal purposes and is securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymised thereafter.

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, the Company ensures that comparable standards of data protection are in place. Individuals have the right to access and correct their personal data, withdraw consent, and request data portability where applicable. In the event of a notifiable data breach, the Company will inform the relevant authorities and affected individuals in accordance with PDPA requirements.
